Electrical steam deck ovens

Each baking chamber has an independent temperature control between the top and bottom, such as to calibrate parameters according to various user needs.
The particular structure of the armoured resistances provides increased power in the part adjacent to the opening to offset heat loss. The AISI 309 stainless steel armoured resistances and ceramic insulators offer increased safety and durability.
In continuous baking mode, the oven uses just 2kw/m (not including the steam generators) thanks to perfect insulation, hermetic baking chambers, and above all the “ECO” system assembled as standard which partialises the power used based on actual need and lowers energy consumption.
The classic temperature “drop” effect which generally occurs after some continuous baking is completely avoided. The “ECO” power optimisation device is easy to set and is adjusted on-site based according to each specific need.
The ovens function with “clean energy” and therefore no exhaust chimneys or fuel supply piping need to be installed. The oven can be assembled between two walls as maintenance is carried out on the front side, thus facilitating installation and saving on maintenance time.
The baking levels are made of refractory cement, a traditional material used for the home-made cooking of bakery products. The heat released and spread in the chamber helps the bread take on all the typical characteristics of a home-made product.
The steam generators and other components inside the oven are finished with a special high temperature resistant paint to ensure oven longevity over time.
The company oversees the entire design, production and testing of the oven processing cycle. It makes use of its in-house know-how, dictated by the experience of its staff and by the technology of its equipment, using the latest design systems and robotic machinery.
